3. Integrate with Zendesk
Use custom domains and custom templates to blend ScreenSteps Live perfectly with your Zendesk Site. When you are done your Zendesk site will have a “Documentation” tab with all of your ScreenSteps Live lessons.
4. Respond to tickets
Some of your customers will go right to your documentation to find their answers. Others will submit support tickets. Use the ScreenSteps Live Zendesk widget to instantly insert links to lessons that answer their questions. Or create new lessons as new questions come in.
